The 2012 nominees for the the Television Critics Association Awards — the awards that recognize the most critically acclaimed shows of the year — are official! Homeland leads the pack with four nominations, and Game of Thrones, Mad Men, and Breaking Bad are close behind with three nods each.

Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston will host the July 28 event, which will take place in Los Angeles as part of this summer's TCA Press Tour.
