It may be a little cornball, but we can all breathe a sigh of relief now that the Arrested Development trailer is finally here.

The trailer for the much-anticipated series debuted on YouTube, much to the delight of the show’s diehard fans, who have been waiting since 2006 for new material to hit the air.

The show follows the lives of the egotistical family of real estate tycoon George Bluth, as his middle son, Michael, tries to save the company from financial ruin and his family from one another.

The series, which developed a cult following, was canceled by Fox due to low ratings, but has been picked up by Netflix for 15 episodes, all of which will be released on May 26.

The trailer, which shows the family finally giving into Michael’s threat to move to Phoenix right off the bat, coupled with great references to past seasons, including stair car mishaps, some dangerous cousins, and a Kitty who won’t play nice, has us so excited we don’t know that we’ll make it to the 26th. Does anyone have a Teamocil?
