The nightmare continues for the bakery owner who was recently featured on Kitchen Nightmares.
Amy's Baking Company was at the center of controversy after an episode earlier this month, in which Gordon Ramsay accused the owners of stealing from its staff and cursing at customers.
Now, one of its owners — Samy Bouzaglo — is facing deportation, according to Radar Online.
Reportedly, the deportation case began two years ago and has nothing to do with the reality show.
Samy appeared in court on May 20 for a hearing to discuss his possible removal from the U.S.
Following the hearing, he shouted curse words at reporters and even flipped off the cameras outside of the courtroom. Keepin' it classy.
Samy was born in Morocco, and he and his wife are at risk for deportation given her time in prison and their history of tax liens and financial wrongdoings.
Perhaps going on reality TV while you're facing deportation wasn't the best idea? Just a thought.
