This is way better than winning a championship, right?

Knicks star Amar'e Stoudemire may be out of this year's NBA playoffs already, but he still has reason to celebrate, as his wife, Alexis Welch, just gave birth to their baby boy, according to Us Weekly.

This is the fourth child for the couple, who have been together since 2002 and were married in December 2012.

"We are proud to announce we added a healthy baby boy to the Stoudemire team," the 30-year-old basketball star tweeted. "Alexis and the baby are doing great. #Blessed."

They already have two daughters, Assata and Are, and a son, Amare.

Amar'e and Alexis met at an after-party for a Nelly show in Phoenix back when they were both just 19. Since then, they have become fixtures on the celebrity event scene, having attended the Met Gala together in the past.

The Knicks were eliminated from the playoffs over the weekend by the Indiana Pacers.

Congrats to the happy family! And we're sure the Knicks will get 'em next year, right, Amar'e?
