Forbes magazine has announced its choice for the most powerful female celebrity, and you might be surprised by who they picked.
The magazine has published its list of the "World's 100 Most Powerful Women," and the highest-ranking celeb on this list is Oprah Winfrey, who comes in at number 13.
This is a bit startling, given that Oprah's syndicated talk show is no longer on the air, not to mention that her network OWN isn't exactly going gangbusters in the ratings department.
Also making the list is Beyonce (duh) at 17, Angelina Jolie at 37, Lady Gaga at 45, and Gisele at 95.
So who is number one on the list? That would be Angela Merkel, the chancellor of Germany.
But has Angela Merkel ever performed the halftime show at the Super Bowl? We think not.
