10 Things I Hate About You star Andrew Keegan is being sued by bouncers at a swanky L.A. restaurant and bar for assault and battery, according to TMZ.
Andrew himself had sued James' Beach restaurant in Venice, CA, back in November 2012, stemming from an incident in 2010 in which he claims he was beaten up by several bouncers for no reason.
However, the bouncers are now countersuing, saying that Andrew flipped out when they refused him entry to the establishment because he was reportedly too drunk and high to stand up.
When they told him to leave, he apparently lost his cool, pushing the bouncers and even attacking one bouncer in the shins with his motorized skateboard. Quick question: What the heck is a motorized skateboard?
Andrew kept assaulting the bouncers until the police arrived, when he left on his skateboard. However, he reportedly returned later that night, and so the cops had to come by a second time.
The 34-year-old actor has been banned for life from the restaurant as a result.
Andrew is best known for playing Joey in the 1999 hit film 10 Things I Hate About You. He has also made a slew of TV appearances, including appearing as Wilson on 23 episodes of 7th Heaven. He has had roles on Boy Meets World and Party of Five, and he was in a 2012 episode of CSI.
Andrew is also known for having dated LeAnn Rimes for several years, from 1998 to 2001.
So the next time you see someone on a motorized skateboard, you might want to keep your distance, just in case.
