The heat is being turned up on a beloved TV personality.

Celebrity chef Paula Deen has admitted to using the N-word and telling racially insensitive jokes during a recent courtroom deposition, according to Radar Online.

The 66-year-old Food Network star is being sued by Lisa Jackson, her restaurant's former manager, who is suing Paula and her brother Bubba Hiers of sexual harassment and infliction of distress and assault.

In a just-released video of a courtroom testimony that took place last month, Paula is asked if she's ever used the N-word and says, "Yes, of course."

"It's just what they are  they're jokes," Paula added in court. "Most jokes are about Jewish people, rednecks, black folks... I can't determine what offends another person."

In the lawsuit, Lisa accuses Paula of telling her how she would like to see people dress at a 2007 wedding that they were preparing for.

"Well, what I would really like is a bunch of little n**gers to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties," Paula reportedly told Lisa, according to the lawsuit. "You know, in the Shirley Temple days, they used to tap dance around. Now, that would be a true Southern wedding, wouldn't it? But we can't do that because the media would be on me about that."

Lisa also accuses Bubba of having said: "They should send President Obama to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico so he could n**ger rig it."

However, Paula's lawyer maintains that Paula is not racist.

"Contrary to media reports, Ms. Deen does not condone or find the use of racial epithets acceptable," her lawyer says. "She is looking forward to her day in court."
