Depending on who you are, this is either a dream come true or the dumbest idea ever. Rapper Asher Roth dropped a new mixtape today, The Greenhouse Effect Vol. 2, and one song features some familiar voices: both Justin Bieber and Chris Brown.

"Actin' Up," which also features Rye Rye, features not just Justin Bieber rap interludes, but whole verses. He certainly sounds a little adolescent next to Chris Brown, but since he's still a teenager, that would only make sense. The lyrics follow suit; while Chris is brazenly laying out some sexual conquests, maybe the most quintessential Justin rhyme is, "I'm on some Risky Business/I like women and French kisses/Mama told me do the dishes/But I'm out here catching fishes."

We think "fishes" is probably a euphemism (we just think of the fishy ladies on RuPaul's Drag Race), but it's no “I just had group sex on my new jet."

It makes sense for Justin and Chris to collaborate on a song about being "young and acting up," since both of them have been accused of being reckless, to say the least. They also appear to both be living up the single life, after their relatively recent breakups with their on-again, off-again girlfriends, Selena Gomez and Rihanna, respectively.

Speaking of recklessness, Chris just got charged with a hit-and-run.

The two previously worked together on tracks like "Next to You."

Listen to the song below! What do you think of this collab? Do you love it or hate it? Is Breezy going to be a bad influence on the Biebz?
