We vow to you that this is the sweetest thing we've ever heard.

The Vow star Channing Tatum keeps getting more perfect, as he admits to bawling upon seeing his wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, give birth to their first child last month, according to Us Weekly.

"I probably went to the bathroom four times and had a crying fit," the 33-year-old White House Down hottie tells Chelsea Handler on June 27. "Like, I'm just like, 'I don't know what to do!'" Aww!

The couple welcomed daughter Everly on May 30.

And for as tough a guy as he is, he doesn't envy what women have to go through during childbirth.

"There is a real reason why God did not give, like, [guys] this ability to have babies," he says. "Because we would not be able to do it. You guys, I don't know how you do it. It's a real thing. It's like National Geographic animal-style, for real. I don't get it."

"It's like someone's hurting, someone that you love, and you can't do anything about it," he adds about watching the birth. "You physically cannot help."

So he has abs for days, and he's not afraid of a good cry? Talk about a magic combination.
