An account called @drkeough seems to be Riley Keough, but it's not verified, so it's hard to tell if it's really Riley tweeting. Isn't that annoying about Twitter?
At any rate, someone claiming to be Elvis Presley's actress granddaughter took to Twitter to call BS on the rumors that she's dating Robert Pattinson:
"never believe what you read in the press until it has been confirmed by that person!"
"Myself and Rob are nothing but good friends...why are people trying to make stories out of that? Its nothing but BS! Have a good day all :)"
"here's a BIG THANK YOU to all my beautiful fans out there, that know better than to believe the god damn tabloids! I love u all ox"
Riley's rep previously shot down the rumors, saying, "Riley isn't dating Rob. And I can confirm that Riley was not photographed at all this weekend."
But since Riley (or fake Twitter Riley, if that's how it turns out) was asking, it's pretty obvious why people would want to make stories out of their status as "friends." He's fresh out of a relationship with Kristen Stewart, and everything Rob and Kristen do is big news to their fans. If Rob is seen with another woman, even a "friend," it's going to get attention. Sucks to have hot, famous friends...?
