Chris Brown could be facing even more legal issues.

The L.A. County District Attorney has filed legal documents to get the R&B star's probation from the Rihanna beating case revoked, according to TMZ.

The D.A. is seeking the revocation due to Chris's alleged involvement in a hit-and-run in May 2013, in which Chris reportedly left the scene with showing his driver's license or proper insurance.

It's possible that the hit-and-run victim may drop the charges, but the D.A. reportedly will press on in its effort to punish Chris. If the judge finds that Chris violated his probation, Chris faces four years behind bars.

As you might expect, Chris is not happy about this latest development. "I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit 'n' run  I provided the correct info," Chris tweeted on July 15. "There were no injuries or damages. C'mon!!"

So will Chris get hit with a hefty punishment? We'll have to wait and see.
