Denise Richards has made the seamless transition from movie star to single mom, and it looks like she's ready to add even more responsibility to her plate.
The former Bond girl, who was awarded temporary custody of ex-husband Charlie Sheen's twins, Bob and Max, in May, is prepared to fight for full guardianship of the 5-year-olds.
Star reports that mom of three Denise is scheduled to attend a custody hearing in two weeks, when she will allegedly petition for custody of the boys.
The twins were removed from the care of their mother, Brooke Mueller, after it was determined that her drug use created an "unsafe environment" for them.
While it hasn't been made explicitly clear why Charlie can't shoulder any responsibility for parenting the twins, or the two children he fathered with Denise, it's pretty clear just by looking at the guy that you shouldn't let him around your valuables.
It's still too soon to tell whether or not the judge will grant Denise full custody, but when your options are a guy who claims he has tiger blood, a woman who can't stop getting arrested, and the chick who made Wild Things, the choice is pretty clear.
