Drake, Kid Cudi, and the world at large can all breathe a sigh of relief, because it looks like Amanda Bynes is finally getting the help she needs.
TMZ reports that Amanda, whose psychiatric hold was recently extended by a judge, is getting to the root of her issues with a crack team of doctors and some appropriate medication.
The All That star, who was placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold after setting a fire in a driveway in Thousand Oaks, California, is reportedly responding well to medications given to her for what doctors believe to be schizophrenia.
According to sources close to the star, she's made a complete 180 in the past few days, returning to the sweet, polite girl friends and family used to know. In a bizarre turn of events, she's not calling anyone ugly and has shown no signs of violent behavior.
Amanda is scheduled to have a hearing today to evaluate whether or not she's ready to leave the psychiatric facility where she's being held, although sources report she will likely remain in custody, as there's no certainty that she'll continue her treatment once she's on the outside.
While Amanda's still under the care of trained professionals, her parents, Rick and Lynn Bynes, are still attempting to get their request for conservatorship granted.
