What would you do if your genitals tipped the scales at 132 pounds? Actor Josh Duhamel found out the answer last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

It sounds like a laughable hypothetical, but for one man, it's his daily reality. Wesley Warren Jr., a 49-year-old Las Vegas man, has a condition called "scrotal lymphedema."

Wesley is the subject of a new TLC special, The Man With the 132 lb. Scrotum, which will air on Monday, August 19.

On last night's JKL, Josh Duhamel — star of movies like Safe Haven and husband and future baby daddy to Fergie — told Jimmy that he wanted to walk a mile in Wes's shoes.

Thus starts a segment called "Josh Duhamel's 132-Pound Scrotum," which saw Josh dealing with his massive prosthetic, ahem, sack in a series of ridiculous set-ups — trying to mount a bicycle, body-checking an elderly woman at an ATM, wheeling around said scrotum with a wheelbarrow, yelling at rubbernecking pedestrians that he has "gesticulitis," and even using his balls to try to catch a baby falling from a burning building.

We're all for a good laugh, but we can't help thinking about how Wesley feels about the sketch. Let's hope he has a forgiving sense of humor!
