Wow, way to blow it!

It appears Hell's Kitchen Season 11 winner Ja'Nel DeWitt won't be reporting for duty at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant at Caesar's Palace after all. Why? Because she allegedly tested positive for cocaine on her employee drug test, according to a TMZ report.

The famed Las Vegas casino apparently has a strict zero tolerance policy regarding drug use for all employees — even those who earned their job on a reality competition show hosted by a surly British restaurateur. A source told TMZ that Ja'Nel didn't just fail the drug test — she failed it "miserably," and her bid to serve as head chef at Gordon Ramsey Pub and Grill was denied.

Though the decision might be a professional setback for Ja'Nel, she shouldn't have any immediate financial concerns. While the position of head chef is no longer hers, the $250,000 cash prize portion of her win is still hers to keep.

At the time of publishing, there was no report indicating whether the position would be offered to Ja’Nel’s runner up, Mary Poehnelt, will be offered the job. It’s most likely, however, that Caesar’s will opt to find their own — drug-free — replacement.
