UPDATE: Amanda Bynes may still be in love with Drake, but she's apparently not tweeting about it, as her lawyer claims that her Twitter account has been hacked.
"Amanda’s Twitter account has been hacked," her lawyer tells Perez Hilton. "She is at the UCLA Medical Center with no access to phones or computers." So now someone has hacked Amanda's Twitter? Poor girl can't catch a break!
We're wishing the best for Amanda as she continues to recover. And a note to all you hackers: Leave Amanda alone!
Original story: As things continue to evolve in Amanda Bynes's life, one thing remains refreshingly consistent: The girl is fixated on Drake. Like, seriously fixated.
On August 30, Amanda's psychiatric hold was reportedly extended for 60 days at UCLA Medical Center, after which point she will be transferred to her mom's home. Amanda has been at the mental health facility since August 15, stemming from a July 22 incident in which Amanda reportedly started a fire in a driveway.
The day after this was extended hold was announced, Amanda's Twitter account was active for the first time in over a month. And the message that Amanda wrote was as cryptic and Drake-focused as you might expect. On August 31, she tweeted:
Thanks for the update, Amanda!
This is certainly not the first time Amanda has shared her thoughts on Drake. In fact, the last tweet that had been written on Amanda's account was this message from July 19: "drake is gorgeous." The more things change, the more they stay the same.
Drake himself had recently commented on Amanda's constant messages about him, calling them "a little weird and disturbing." We're right there with you, dude.
But is Amanda really the person who tweeted this latest love note to Drake? After all, we can't imagine that psychiatric patients get to spend a lot of time on Twitter. And so the enigma that is Amanda's Twitter feed continues...
