UPDATE 3: Yep, Amanda is gone! The game was not rigged in her favor after all. She said McCrae is going to move to Florida to live with her. He can deliver pizzas from anywhere, so...
UPDATE 2: As of Thursday morning (September 5), it's still looking like Amanda will be the first evicted houseguest of the double eviction — thanks to that funky new band in town, Andy and The Exterminators. The second evicted HG isn't even guessable since it depends on who wins tonight's HoH, POV, etc. But Elissa will probably be in danger for the rest of the game, unless she just keeps winning competitions. She should never have made a deal with McCranda — no matter how desperate they were this week to be saved — and certainly not with Andy. It's hard to believe Andy has been so successful with his double-crossing so far. But even if their deal had worked out perfectly this week, do you really think Amanda and McCrae would stay loyal to Elissa, even over Andy (as they promised to her)? Swamp land in Florida is a better bargain than a deal with 2AM.
UPDATE 1: Amanda now has hope, thanks to the most unlikely ally — Elissa Slater! This makes absolutely no sense, but Elissa randomly cut a final three deal with Amanda and McCrae, and she's now planning to vote for Spencer Clawson to leave. Elissa now wants to keep Amanda, so she, Amanda, McCrae and Andy Herren can be final four. But Andy has The Exterminators, and he told the group about Elissa's about-face. Andy still plans to vote out Amanda, but now he's planning to frame Elissa so it looks like she's the one who lied and voted for Amanda to leave. Whatever happens now, Elissa is pretty screwed. WHY would she make that awful deal with the woman who bullied her?!
The house is about to fall on Amanda Zuckerman. Even her #1 flying monkey has fled the scene.
On Big Brother 15 Week 10, the most unlikely hero emerged to save us all from the dreaded showmance “McCranda” — GinaMarie Zimmerman. Nick’s future restraining order recipient not only won Head of Household and put up both Amanda and McCrae Olson, she managed to blindside them with the nominations. McCrae was the original target, but he won Power of Veto on Saturday, August 31.
Even before McCrae won POV, Amanda was assuming she was the target and told him she wanted him to keep going and win. On the live feeds, McCrae was saying if Amanda had won POV, he was going to ask her to give it to him, since they seem to think he has the better shot at winning. It does seem like he may have been holding back until this point, letting Amanda be the bad cop while he preserved his strength. He was the one who won the season’s first HoH and POV, then held back … until now.
So it’s looking like Amanda will be the first boot of this week’s double eviction. However, if Amanda magically finds a way to stay safe from either eviction, we may have to believe those rumors about the show being rigged in her favor. How insufferable would it be if McCranda both managed to stay until Week 11? If the Big Brother Powers That Be really love the showmance drama, they could pull some weird punches with this week’s twists to try and keep the couple around. Would you stop watching, if that happened?
