It looks like a certain reality TV judge is going to have to get fitted for a brand new chef's jacket!
Masterchef judge Graham Elliot has now lost a whopping 91 pounds in the past two months, according to People. That's right. Ninety-freakin'-one. Translation: Way to go, Graham!
The Chicago-based chef underwent weight-loss surgery in July, and now he continues to drop pounds through diet and exercise. Graham had dropped 56 pounds as of last month, but now he just keeps losing!
"That will be the first time in well over a decade that I've been under 300 [lbs.]," the 36-year-old father of three admits. "I see people on the street who are the size I was only a few months ago, and it's like, 'Man, I wish you could feel what I am feeling right now, it's absolutely life-changing.'"
Meanwhile, Graham is becoming an avid fan of running. "I recently ran my first mile and a half non-stop," he says. "I can even sprint and run pretty darn fast to catch a football. I haven't done that since I was a teenager."
"At first, I ran a quarter mile, and every two blocks, I'd be winded and need to catch my breath," Graham says. "But I kept going. It's meditative, and I'm proud at the end of a run."
Now, Graham is quite the pro. "My legs still get sore!" he says. "I'm really excited to push myself more and more. I'm planning to run my first 5K around Thanksgiving."
And this new fitness regime has helped him to drop ten (!) pants sizes since the surgery. "I'm buying new clothes all the time," he adds. "Before I was only able to shop at big and tall stores. Now it's much easier."
Congrats, Graham! He's definitely the "master" of losing weight.
