Ice needs to learn how to play nice.

First he lost the best onscreen duo award at the MTV Movies Awards on Sunday, and now Ice Cube has now lost his cool.

“We was robbed,” Ice Cube said to USA Today. “Shame on you, MTV.”

Somebody should remind Ice that MTV doesn’t select the winners – the fans do.

Ice Cube and Kevin Hart were nominated for the award, which ended up going to Vin Diesel and the late Paul Walker. And Ice was not happy about what he perceived to be a “sympathy” vote.“

They should have gave it to him before he passed away,” Ice Cube said about Paul Walker.

Not only was Ice Cube not into the fans’ decision to hand off the award to Paul and Vin, he was also over the MTV awards. Ice Cube told USA Today that he left shortly after arriving to go home to watch his favorite team, the Lakers, play on television.

“I just wasn’t into [the MTV awards],” Ice Cube said. “I have been going in and out of these things for 25 years. If you ain’t into it, why torture yourself. As soon as you get bored, get up and leave.”

Unfortunately for Ice, the losing streak followed him home. The Lakers lost to the Grizzlies that night as well.

What do you think about Ice Cube’s comments? Do you think he was out of line? Or does he have a right to be fed up about a sympathy vote? Let us know in the comments below!
