You had us at new Amy Poehler movie.

Amy Poehler and Paul Rudd are starring in the new comedy “They Came Together,” and let us just say: we can’t wait to see it.

Buzzfeed has the exclusive trailer for the new flick (which can be seen here). As big fans of the movie “Wet Hot American Summer” (which was made by the same people) we have to say we’re pretty excited about this.

The film skewers the modern rom-com formula and follows Joel and Molly as they recount their cliché love story of how they first met, hated each other, and then fell in love.

“You like fiction books?” Amy asks Paul in one scene. “I’ve never met anyone else who likes fiction! That is too funny!”

The trailer is full of typical clichés, such as the clumsy main love interest, the crazy grandmother, the sassy best friend, and of course, playful afternoons in a pile of leaves next to a corpse.

“They Came Together” is out in theaters and on Video On Demand on June 27. You better mark your calendar.

What do you think about Amy and Paul’s new movie? Do you think it looks hysterical or flat-out dumb? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
