Who would have thought that Bruce Willis — aka Mr. Die Hard — would become the father of five girls? Just this month, the 59-year-old actor welcomed his fifth daughter, Evelyn Penn (his second with wife, Emma Heming-Willis), and no one but Bruce himself was more shocked to find out he fathered yet another girl.
“[We] didn’t know what we were gonna have until the baby came out,” the actor says to People. But if you think that Bruce feels outnumbered at home (which he is), think again. Turns out, this action star finds it “pretty cool” to be surrounded by women. In fact, he thinks they should even run the world. We’re sure somewhere out there, Beyoncé is nodding in agreement.
“In general, I think women should be in charge of everything. They should be running the country,” Bruce muses. “Halle Berry should be president. Women are just much smarter than men.” Hands up if you agree that Halle should be president!
“Even if I had five boys, I’d still feel the same way,” Bruce adds. “Eventually, I’d like a son. But I’m OK now.” Aww, this just made us love Bruce even more. Seems like being a father for five leading ladies suits him just fine!
In case you need a breakdown of Bruce’s kids, he recently welcomed two daughters with wife Emma — 24-month-old Mabel and newborn Evelyn — and has three girls from his first marriage with Demi Moore: Rumer, 25, Scout, 22, and Tallulah, 20. Now, that’s one big, happy Willis family!
