Looks like Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger can finally work on his “moves like Great-Grandpa!” The 70-year-old’s daughter Jade’s eldest girl Assisi Jackson welcomed a baby girl over the weekend, marking this a first for the new parents, grandmother — who is also expecting a child of her own — and great-grandfather. Sesh, it’s like a scene right out of Father of the Bride Part II!

Hello! Magazine recently confirmed the happy news of the baby’s arrival, whose name has yet to be revealed. When Assisi, 21, announced her pregnancy, Mick was said to be “delighted,” and actually had no qualms with becoming a great-grandfather. In fact, when Assisi told Mick, he actually said, “Well done.” Talk about one proud grandpa!

We guess Mick wasn’t too surprised over Assisi’s foray into early motherhood, it turns out it actually runs in the family! "The women in our family just tend to have children young, it runs in the genes," Assisi said to Hello!. In case you forgot, Jade was only 20 when she gave birth to Assisi with former partner, Piers Jackson.

"I grew up quite quickly and wouldn't have considered having a child if I was doing what my friends are doing at this stage, messing around," added Assisi. "I don't drink, I don't smoke and I'm very settled."

Assisi currently resides in Cornwall with her 25-year-old chef boyfriend of  over a year. The new mother might have just welcomed a baby girl, but now she is gearing up to be an older sister to Jade’s soon-to-be born child.

Just this past February, Jade took to Instagram to show off her growing belly saying, “Happy to announce this granny is going to become a mummy. I’m 6 months pregnant xx double whammy this year.” Looks like 2014 is going to be one big year of diaper duty for Mick!

Mick’s new title as great-grandfather comes just two months after the unexpected death of his long-time girlfriend, L’Wrenn Scott. We’re glad to see that some good news is filtering its way back into Mick’s life.

Congratulations to the happy family!
