Journalist and TV personality Katie Couric is a married woman again, as she tied the knot with John Molner over the weekend.

People reports that Katie, 57, and banker John, 51, got married in an intimate wedding ceremony on June 21 in East Hampton, New York. The wedding was held in Katie's backyard, and 50 friends and family were in attendance.

Katie wore an ivory-beaded and embroidered Chantily lace halter gown by designer Carmen Marc Valvo. The couple got engaged on Labor Day weekend in 2013 after having dated for almost two years.

This is Katie's second marriage, as she was married to Jay Monahan for nine years until his death in 1998 from colon cancer. Their two daughters — Ellie, 22, and Carrie, 18 — delivered readings at this weekend's wedding.

"We wanted to keep the wedding just very low-key," Katie said prior to today's ceremony. "This is not my first rodeo, so I didn't want to go too crazy, and neither did John." Katie appeared on Today from 1991 to 2006, anchored the CBS Evening News from 2006 to 2011, hosted daytime talk show Katie from 2012 to 2014, and now appears on Yahoo News.

We wish all the best to the happy family!
