Here's one more Hollywood couple that wasn't quite "perfect" for each other.

Sadly, Pitch Perfect star Anna Kendrick and film director Edgar Wright have ended their four-year relationship, according to Us Weekly.

Anna, who's 27, met Edgar, 38, on the set of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, and they began dating in 2009. Edgar directed the action picture, and Anna played the title character's little sister.

"She's single," a source now says of Anna. "It was done a little while ago."

Anna seemed to hint at her newfound freedom when watching The Bachelor finale this week.

"If I were a contestant on The Bachelor I'd just end up falling in love with the weird sound guy and making things uncomfortable for everyone," she tweeted on March 12.

Anna has also appeared in the Twilight series and in Up in the Air, while Edgar has directed Shaun of the Dead.

We wish these two the best moving forward. And if anyone needs us, we'll be in the fetal position, wondering why love doesn't work the way we wish it would.
