One of TV's most adored couples will face yet another will-they-won't-they moment in the show's spring finale.
CBS's gargantuan hit Big Bang Theory is throwing another wrench into Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard's (Johnny Galecki) relationship.
While all is well right now, and will be leading up to the May 16 finale, Leonard will soon be faced with an important decision: a job offer overseas.
According to TV Line, executive producer Steven Molaro said things are going to get a little tricky. “He's a little nervous, because he doesn't want anything to get screwed up," he said. Molaro said that while Penny is overall very supportive, she would "very much ... miss him." Aww, come on guys, we love you!
Before the sure-to-be emotional season finale — which will show Leonard's decision about the job — there is excitement to be had.
TV legend Bob Newhart is stopping by in the May 2 episode to play Professor Proton, Leonard and Sheldon's (Jim Parsons) childhood hero.
In an interview with TV Guide, Newhart said, "I specified 'Big Bang' because of the writing and the live audience," and continued, offering hope for more guest spots next season.
It's hard not knowing how the star couple will end up this season, but with all the fun and games on the way, it's going to be a fun ride.
