With only eight episodes left of epic drug drama Breaking Bad, Betsy Brandt (Marie) is already feeling nostalgic.

When Wetpaint Entertainment chatted with the actress at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles TV Tea, she revealed her mixed emotions about the impending series wrap... and teased us with the first moments of Breaking Bad’s final act.

Wetpaint Entertainment: Going into these last 8 episodes, what can we expect?
Betsy Brandt: I don't know. I do know that it will be really good, but I don't know because we don't start filming until December. I do know that we will pick up right where we left off — you know that Hank will come out of the bathroom — but I have not seen or heard anything.

Is it bittersweet?
Oh, yes, because I love working on this show — the show is so great. I’m totally spoiled by the material. We have the most amazing writers. I love the cast, the crew... our producers are just the best people you could ever want to make a show with. So I am sad to not have that family anymore because it’s never the same. You might see each other but it’s never the same. But I’m also so glad that Breaking Bad isn’t going out after having been on too long. We’re going to definitely dodge that bullet!

What’s next for you?
I love television, I’d love to do another TV show.

The second half of Breaking Bad’s fifth season will premiere next summer.
