Yes! The success of Stephen King's Under the Dome was always going to hinge on the casting of "Big Jim" Rennie, the used car dealer who goes on a power trip in the novel, causing much more destruction than the mysterious dome that appears over the small Maine town.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dean Norris (Hank on Breaking Bad) will play Big Jim in the CBS series, which will air this summer. Dean is so amazing on the AMC show, we have to believe he'll be perfect for this key role as well.

Others cast for Under the Dome include Mackenzie Lintz as Norrie, Jolene Purdy as Dodee, Nicholas Strong as Phil, Britt Robertson as Angie, Alexander Koch as Junior, Colin Ford as Joe, and Aisha Hinds as Carolyn Hill.

Also, according to Zap2itPan Am's Mike Vogel was just cast in the other lead role, Army veteran Dale "Barbie" Barbara, nemesis of both Junior and Big Jim Rennie.

Under the Dome will air as a 13-part series, premiering June 24 on CBS. Are you getting excited?
