It’s a good day for gay rights! A ruling today by the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco upheld a lower court’s decision that Proposition 8’s same-sex marriage ban is unconstitutional. This means that the controversial case will move all the way up to the Supreme Court.
