Feuding rappers Drake and Chris Brown might soon have something to bond over: Both stars are being sued for a whopping $16 million as a result of their nightclub brawl back in June.
The two hot-headed artists have been slapped with a lawsuit from Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., the company that owns the trademark to the name of the club where their fight broke out. According to the suit, Drake and Chris are being sued for their “gross negligence,” “ultrahazardous activity, and “intentional illegal acts.”
The suit also goes on to explain exactly what happened that fateful night, painting a picture of the club as an all-and-out warzone.
"On defendant Brown and defendant Drake's instructions, their two posses had at each other, throwing highball glasses laden with alcohol, shattering the handles of bottles of spirits to use as makeshift knives, and even throwing full bottles at each other,” the suit says. “Within seconds, defendants filled an already packed nightclub full of flying glass shrapnel. Defendants overran the nightclub's extensive security measures and the brawl overtook the entire space."
Looks like these two may need to get together and prepare a story!
