Edie can never catch a break!

Nicollette Sheridan claims she was wrongfully fired from ABC's Desperate Housewives back in 2009, but her suits just keep hitting roadblocks. She felt she was retaliated against after complaining about show creator Marc Cherry allegedly striking her in the head during an argument on set.

According to Deadline, her original wrongful termination suit ended in a mistrial in March. An appeals court rejected her claim of being wrongfully terminated. In September, her petition for a rehearing was denied. And, on Friday, the California Supreme Court further denied Nicollette's latest appeal.

Talk about a desperate housewife. It’s looking like Nicollette may not win this battle, but another network should hire her to play an actress who fights with her showrunner. Let art imitate life for the perfect revenge!
