Whether it’s a publicity stunt or a symbol of forgiveness, Taylor Swift’s photo shoot with Harper’s Bazaar Australia is definitely making a statement.
Though it’s not the cover image, Swift is featured in the magazine wearing a blouse designed by Kanye West. It's a notable act since Kanye infamously interrupted Taylor’s 2009 Video Music Award acceptance speech to announce that Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” video was one of the “best videos of all time.”
On March 1, Harper’s Bazaar Australia tweeted, “If this isn't a true act of forgiveness we don't know what is. Taylor Swift wears Kanye West in our April issue.”
But is this the magazine’s personal opinion? Or does Taylor view this as a way of reaching out to Kanye?
It seems that for now, the magazine is the only one speculating on Taylor’s potential forgiveness. The country singer hasn’t commented on the matter.
Maybe she just really liked the top? And as most girls know, we can’t let a grudge get in the way of fashion!
