If it can happen to a young guy who considers himself "very healthy" — it can happen to anyone.

Malcolm in the Middle alum Frankie Muniz, 27, had a mini-stroke on November 30, and shared some details with People. "I feel a lot less invincible," he said after the experience.

What happened? He said he was on his motorcycle, riding to his fiancée's mother's house across town in Phoenix, when he started to lose the vision in his right eye. By the time he got to the house, he had almost no vision in that eye.

"I was really dizzy and in a lot of pain in my whole body and my head," Frankie said. "My hands were numb. I didn't really have good balance and I was almost dropping the bike. I never had this before. I was like 'What's going on?'" When he got to the house, and started to speak, his fiancée said he wasn't speaking English. He went to a Phoenix hospital, where he was treated and released and is still under doctor's care — although he said he's still heading out with his band's eight-date tour this weekend. Not much rest there!

Frankie said he doesn't drink alcohol or touch drugs, and his symptoms actually started after a morning workout. So it's not like he's a major health risk. But this has woken him up to watching what he eats, since he admitted he doesn’t have the best diet. Vegetables rarely do anything but help!

Best of luck to Frankie in the future...
