“Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis is about to find out just how wild life can get, now that he’s facing jail time after been convicted of assaulting a female party guest back in 2011.

The sleaze mogul — and recurring Real Housewives of Miami star — whose steamy video company filed for bankruptcy in early 2013, was convicted on five charges stemming from a 2011 party, including three counts of false imprisonment, one count of dissuading a witness, and one count of assault.

According to the charges brought against him, Joe brought three women back to his LA mansion after a night of partying and refused to let them leave.

He then allegedly choked one of his guests and slammed her head into his home’s tile floor.

Joe could serve up to five years in prison for the attack. His fate will be determined at a sentencing hearing later this week.

This won’t be Joe’s first trip to jail — he’s been arrested on numerous charges in the past, from filming underage girls for his videos to tax evasion to racketeering.
