Say what you will about Charlie Sheen, but he does have more than his fair share of experience in self-destruction. And the star of A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III wants to reach out to another younger, equally polarizing celeb.
That someone is a former child star whose lawyers have recently put her on a track to do philanthropic work — someone with whom Sheen is already close, although not romantically.
Yep. Charlie Sheen wants to mentor Lindsay Lohan. The former Two and a Half Men lead spoke to TMZ about how his past experiences make him the perfect person to help LiLo through her very public legal and substance abuse struggles.
“I have a kinship with somebody who clearly needs a mentor, whether she wants one or not,” he says. “She can continue to hang out with her dress shredding club buddies, or turn to me for some advice from a guy who’s been down the road as well as every other side trail on the journey.”
Charlie Sheen has certainly been places. Do you think he’d be a good mentor for Lindsay? Who do you think can help her the most, if anyone? Let us know in the comments!
