Gwyneth Paltrow might have a new movie in the works — with Beyonce and Reece Witherspoon no less — but we’re a little more interested in what’s going on with her face.

As anyone who reads Gywnnie’s weekly GOOP newsletter can tell you, the gorgeous actress makes no secret of her love for natural and homeopathic approaches to skin care. Lately, though, her nontraditional beauty techniques just keep getting weirder!

Back in January, Gwyneth made headlines when she announced that her favorite new anti-aging product was snake venom. For just $450 a bottle, the A-list actress gives herself a snake venom facial that is supposed to have a Botox-like effect on your skin.

Now Gwyn’s advocating another unique skin treatment: bee venom. In her most recent installment of GOOP, Gwyneth writes, “I was recently given ‘bee venom therapy’ for an old injury and it disappeared.”

The actress goes on to tell her readers about bee-sting therapy, a “little known therapy practiced by ‘apitherapists’ that [...] uses real bee stings for ailments.”

First, snake venom facials and now bee-sting therapy! What do you think of Gwyneth’s beauty methods: are you absolutely terrified, or kind of curious?
