Sibling rivalry alert!
Holly Madison already had three dogs before she brought home baby Rainbow Aurora (not to mention the random new chickens). It sounds like Holly's original canine kids aren't thrilled with the changes.
"There's pee everywhere when I come downstairs," Holly told Us Weekly at The Animal Foundation's 10th Annual "Best in Show" fundraiser in Las Vegas. "Before the baby came home, I think they could just sense it — they started going wild. I think they're just saying, 'This is our house. It's not the baby's house.'"
Holly said she and her baby daddy, Pasquale Rotella, had the dogs boarded at a training camp for two weeks when she first brought the baby home, because she was afraid the dogs would be too aggressive. "They're little but they're very rambunctious and sometimes they get a little snappy with people."
She said Rainbow — who was born on March 5 — hasn't had much contact with the dogs yet, and Holly always keeps the door to her bedroom closed, since that's where Rainbow is sleeping right now.
It's always tough to do the baby-pets transition, so hopefully they can figure this out so that the dogs love Rainbow as much as her parents do. In the meantime, you can't blame the poor puppies for expressing their confusion with peeing on the floor — but poor Holly (or whoever) for having to clean it up!
Holly's new E! special, Holly Has a Baby, airs Sunday, May 12 at 9 p.m.
