It's been almost 15 years since Notorious B.I.G.'s tragic death, and we're just now finally getting a look at the complete autopsy report to know what really happened.
The Los Angeles coronoer has released the autopsy report for the slain rapper, who was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting in L.A. after a music event on March 9, 1997.
The autopsy report explains that Christopher George Latore Wallace — known as Biggie — was hit by four bullets, and all four bullets passed through the door of a Chevy Suburban before hitting the rapper. According to the coroner, only one of the gunshot wounds was deemed fatal.
He was only 24 at the time.
As for that fatal shot, it entered through his abdomen and chest area, impacting his vital organs. The fatal bullet was then found in his left shoulder.
The coroner also notes that B.I.G. suffered from morbid obesity and was listed at 395 pounds at his death.
We'll never forget you, Biggie.
