Jennifer Lawrence is now shooting the second film in The Hunger Games series, Catching Fire.

While at the Toronto Film Festival, Jennifer told the Washington Post she initially wasn't fond of the idea of breaking the third book, Mockingjay, into two parts — "until I heard how much money I would be getting,” she said, laughing.

JLaw knows they had to cut a lot of content out of the first film, so the silver lining to breaking the final book up — like Harry Potter and Twilight did before them — is that you get to tell the entire story. Plus, fans get to extend the experience a little longer.

“You want everything in there, but you don’t have enough room, and you’re trying to decide what’s going to get cut and what isn’t,” Jennifer said. “So it was a relief on the last one to know that we don’t really have to cut anything. We have enough time, we have enough room to really tell this story to the fullest, and we don’t need to cut anything."

She added, “So that’s my artistic answer. It’s a very diplomatic answer. But what I’m really thinking is yacht, yacht. My own island.”

Ha! A trip to “Katniss Island,” anyone? We hear Jenn already got a huge raise from The Hunger Games to Catching Fire — and she deserves every penny!
