MTV’s The Real World is looking for rebels with a cause. The New York Observer discovered a Craigslist ad searching for 20-somethings involved with the Occupy Wall Street protests who are interested in appearing on Season 27 of The Real World.

Bunim/Murray Productions, the company behind The Real World, hasn’t responded to inquiries about whether or not the ad is legit, but we hope it is. Over the years, the show’s focus has turned to alcohol-fueled mishaps and volatile encounters instead of real people taking about actual issues. Remember Pedro taking on AIDS education?

We’re all for a return to Real World's glory days.
