No "crash" diet needed for Isla Fisher.

The 37-year-old Wedding Crashers star has lost a whopping 70 pounds since giving birth to her second child in 2010, and she gives a lot of the credit to yoga, according to Fitness.

Isla and hubby Sacha Baron Cohen welcomed Olive in 2007, and Isla had to quickly lose the 65 pounds that she gained during that pregnancy in order to shoot a film. When she gained 70 pounds while pregnant with Eula in 2010, she had a little more time to lose the weight gradually.

"I had severe morning sickness both times, so I mostly ate supersize bowls of white pasta with loads of butter and cheese because that was the only thing that took away the nausea," she admits. Sounds good to us - and we're not even pregnant!

She explains that there was pressure to lose weight after her first baby.

"I had to shoot Confessions of a Shopaholic about three months after I gave birth to Olive, so the producer, Jerry Bruckheimer, hired a trainer to work with me three times a week," she explains. 

"After I had my second daughter, I slowly lost the weight by breast-feeding, hiking [L.A.'s] Runyon Canyon and working with a trainer every couple of weeks," Isla adds.

She now keeps her amazing shape by practicing yoga five days a week.

"Every woman likes her tush in jeans when she's worked on it a little more!" she says. Plus, "when you're really focused on your breathing, you're able to clear your head, and all the worries of everyday life go out the window." 

She also gained 15 pounds for her role in the upcoming The Great Gatsby, which she says "mainly manifested itself in my boobs, which was very exciting. Sadly, that's gone now."

We think Isla looks amazing at any weight! And if anyone can make us some pasta with butter and cheese, we'd appreciate it.
