Latin superstar Jenni Rivera may be gone, but she is certainly not forgotten.
The singer, who passed away in a tragic plane crash in Mexico last weekend at the age of 43, will be laid to rest next week in Long Beach, CA, where she was born.
Snoop Dogg, who had planned to record a song with Jenni before her passing, will attend a private service on Wednesday, December 19, according to TMZ.
Also expected to be in attendance is singer Gloria Estefan, who was a longtime friend of Jenni's, and actor Edward James Olmos, who appeared in a film with Jenni.
There will also be a public memorial for the star on Tuesday, December 18.
Our thoughts are with her friends and family.
