Josh Brolin may be getting press for his wild ways of late, but that's apparently nothing new for him.

The actor tells Men's Journal (via Us Weekly) that he got into trouble and experimented with drugs while growing up.

"I stole a lot of radios from cars," Josh admits. "I could pop the detail with a coat hanger real easy. I got very good at it. I can still do it today." That's great — but, uh, please don't.

"I was the last [gang member] to get into heroin — I smoked it — and the first to get out," he reveals. "I was around 16 or 17, so it was around the time of The Goonies. But I liked working and learning, so it was very difficult for me to lend myself to that drug completely."

Josh — the son of actor James Brolin and star of such films as Gangster Squad and Men in Black 3 — also reveals that he lost his virginity at age 11 to a girl named Greta.

Earlier this month, Josh made headlines after he was arrested for public intoxication.

Sounds like Josh has lived quite a life — although it's nice to hear that he's toned down the whole "breaking into cars and smoking heroin" thing.
