The beleaguered pop star is facing legal trouble for giving a tattoo to a celebrity tattoo artist, according to the New York Daily News.
Last summer, tattoo artist Bang Bang inked the word "Believe" on Justin in honor of his new album, and then Bieber returned the favor by giving Bang Bang a tat of a muscular mouse and the word "swaggy."
Now, the New York City Health Department has gotten word of the artwork, and Bieber may have to pay a $2,000 fine for using a tattoo needle without a license.
A photo of the tattoo that Justin did can be seen here.
Granted, we don't think a $2,000 fine is really going to send Justin to the soup kitchen lines, but it is clear that his bad month continues to get worse.
Other recent bumps along the road for Justin of late include scuffles with photographers and neighbors, his "worst birthday ever," a Twitter diss of Lindsay Lohan, and continued issues with Selena Gomez.
Plus, Justin seems to be getting singled out for behavior that other celebs can get away with. After all, Bang Bang has previously gotten tattoos from such stars as Katy Perry and Chris Brown, and they haven't been hit with fines.
Regardless, we're thinking Justin is feeling a little less swaggy right now.
