Once again, Justin Bieber's Ferrari was pulled over. Once again he was not in it. And once again the whole thing was tracked by cameras.

According to TMZ, the car was pulled over today around 1:30 a.m. in West Hollywood, supposedly for tinted windows. The driver — said to be another one of JB's friends, Lil Za — reportedly didn't have a license, so he was put in the back of the police car, where he flipped off a photographer who got a photo of him.

The friend was eventually released, but it sounds like paps are still following Justin's Ferrari around, a month after another one of his friends borrowed the car and was pulled over by the police; during that incident, a cameraman trying to get photos was hit by an oncoming car and killed.

You can check out TMZ's video of the latest Ferrari incident, just to see how many people are on site — from police to bystanders, plus video cameras shooting the whole thing and the snapsnapsnap of the cameras. Nothing changes.

Is Justin ever in his own car? How many friends get to borrow that Ferrari, and are any of them proper drivers?
