The down-on-her-luck star will get a chance to prove that she can still make us laugh intentionally by appearing on an upcoming episode of Charlie Sheen's FX sitcom Anger Management, according to Entertainment Weekly.
The episode will air in April, and Linds will be playing herself. Apparently, Charlie's character will be her therapist in the episode, and then the two will strike up a romantic relationship.
Charlie and Lindsay seem to have become real-life friends of late, thanks to a sexy scene that they share in the upcoming film Scary Movie 5.
After filming the movie, Charlie reportedly gave her $100,000 because she owes money in unpaid taxes. We love troubled stars helping troubled stars!
Lindsay has been in the news a lot lately for legal reasons, and she also earned negative reviews for her portrayal of Elizabeth Taylor in last year's Lifetime movie, Liz & Dick.
We're still hoping Lindsay can turn things around and revive her career, and this TV appearance seems like a step in the right direction. Good luck, Lindsay!
