We’ve heard of some businesses furiously grasping at straws to gain some publicity, but this just looks irresponsible!

The owner of Six Corners Liquors, a liquor store a quarter mile from the rehab facility where Lindsay Lohan will start treatment May 2, told TMZ that they would welcome the star’s business and would treat her “like a normal customer” rehab or no!

“I would never say no to her," the owner said.

Lindsay will be forbidden from leaving the rehab facility, the Long Island-based Seafield Center, for the 90-day duration of her sentence.

The owner added in his statement that he’s "rooting for [Lindsay] to succeed and drink in moderation,” but he followed it up by saying that Lindsay can get a 20% discount on a case of wine. Maybe if he were actually rooting for recovery, he wouldn’t be enabling her by offering his services based on the store’s proximity to the rehab facility. Or at all.

Do you think the liquor store owner went too far with his statements about LiLo?
