Maybe Michael Bay needs someone like Megan Fox around to keep him in line.

The director announced on his blog yesterday that Megan would star in his Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot. “TMNT: we are bringing Megan Fox back into the family!” he wrote. Megan has had choice words for her Transformers director in the past, including this assessment of his leadership style:

"God, I really wish I could go loose on this one. He's like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he's so awkward, so hopelessly awkward. He has no social skills at all. And it's endearing to watch him."

She was dropped from the third Transformers movie, and it sounded like The Powers That Be all bashed Megan and supported the dictator. But now Megan is a new mom and maybe she's grown accustomed to needy, high-maintenance humans, so she's OK to return to the fold.

Do you think this news is good, bad or indifferent?
