Forget about Jennifer's Body! We're more impressed by Megan's body — especially post-baby!
So how did she the Transformers star lose the weight so quickly? Her trainer, Harley Pasternak, reveals his secrets to People, including that she continued working with him throughout the pregnancy.
Then, after giving birth to her baby Noah in September, Megan started working out again a few weeks later. "We didn't start at full speed — we eased into it," Harley explains.
Harley reveals the workout that he does to give Megan such a bangin' bod. "[There] are five phases: a minimum five minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five minute cool down," he says. "We tried to have her do minimal impact. Post-baby there shouldn't be a lot of jumping up and down."
As for Megan's diet, Harley says she and her husband Brian Austin Green "eat really well." They also are fans of Harley's smoothie recipes.
"Megan's favorite is the red smoothie, which is whatever berries are in season, Chai tea, a scoop of protein powder and little bit of almond milk," Harley reveals.
