Former Disney starlet Miley Cyrus is all grown up and she's letting the whole world know it.

This past weekend, the 19-year-old singer flaunted her svelte physique at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards in a low-cut Jean Paul Gaultier blazer that just barely covered her lady assets.

A few days prior, she gave a candid interview on Lifetime's The Conversation With Amanda De Cadenet, vocalizing her newfound maturity on a variety of controversial topics, including sex.

"Girls who base how much they're worth on the sexual favors they can do for somebody, that makes me really sad," Miley revealed. "Because sex is actually really beautiful."

Strange as it may be to think of Hannah Montana as an authority on meaningful love-making, it's clear she's got a good head on her shoulders. Not only does Miley stress the importance of sex education for young people, but she also believes in presenting sex in a positive way.

"Let them know that they wouldn't be here without it, and it is a beautiful thing, and it is magic, and it is when you connect with somebody and it isn't how much you're worth," she stated. "Your worth isn't based on that. Your worth is based on how you feel about yourself."

Miley hasn't always felt comfortable opening up about sensitive topics, but in recent years, she's come to accept that she's allowed to speak her mind and have an opinion — whether she's right or wrong.

"I realized that my whole life isn't one giant press junket," she confessed. "I don't have to be smiling all the time and have the perfect answer."
