Country singer Mindy McCready, 37, whose boyfriend David Wilson was found dead January 13, has also been found dead of an apparent suicide in her Heber Springs, Arkansas, home, E! Online reports.

The “Guys Do It All The Time” singer unfortunately became more famous in recent years for her struggles with substance abuse and mental health issues. In January, her boyfriend David was found dead, having suffered a gunshot wound to the head. Though authorities believe the wound was self-inflicted, David’s death is still under investigation. As reported by TMZ, the Cleburne Country Sheriff Department claims Mindy's death was also caused by what appears to be a single, self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Earlier this month, Mindy’s two young children were removed from her home and put into foster case so that the singer could undergo court-mandated inpatient treatment for mental and substance abuse issues. She was later released to outpatient care February 9. Her body was found February 17.
